Safe Storage Digital Event | Gunnebo

The year of the pandemic also became the year of the digital meeting. Face-to-face meetings and conferences moved online at a time when live gatherings just weren’t possible.

While many companies stuck to desktop meeting applications and simple webinars, others decided to raise the quality of the digital event for employees and customers, investing in high-quality production and content creation.

Gunnebo enlisted the help of Whataboutus to produce its first ever digital global conference for all 900 employees in the Safe Storage business unit. The objective was to get everyone onboard and committed to a new strategy and organization. The result was a two-hour studio program featuring both pre-recorded interviews and presentations and a live Q&A.

Even though many have tired of seeing one another online only, these types of events are here to stay as they’re both economical and sustainable. However, a hybrid solution – a combination of both live conferences and online – is likely the way forward for companies like Gunnebo.

Digital events are so much more than just technology, it is a lot about finding the perfect mix between format and content in order to keep your audience focused and engaged throughout the event. To drive vital change in a digital format has been a new and fun experience for Gunnebo. I am very glad we chose to produce our first ever digital event together with Whataboutus – a professional team with a lot of experience, valuable guidance and clear communication.
