At last year’s Auto China in Shanghai, Horse Powertrain introduced the idea that there is more than one path to net zero. At this year’s Auto show in Beijing, the focus shifted to the growing relevance of hybrid solutions and the important role they continue to play in the transition to sustainable mobility. While some may see hybrids as a temporary step, Horse Powertrain showed why they are here to stay.
The challenge was to take Horse Powertrain’s brand experience to the next level by creating a visually compelling presence that would stand out, capture attention, and spark genuine interest in its latest technologies.

The challenge was to take Horse Powertrain’s brand experience to the next level by creating a visually compelling presence that would stand out, capture attention, and spark genuine interest in its latest technologies.

Whataboutus created dynamic and vibrant films that showcased how Horse Powertrain’s innovations can benefit both carmakers and drivers in the future.
The stories positioned the new powertrain technologies not simply as products, but as an important step towards sustainable mobility. At the same time, our sister company Realise designed striking physical displays that transformed Horse Powertrain’s vision into an engaging live experience for visitors.
Activation
To maximise reach, Whataboutus also produced short-form social content and advertising that drove traffic to Horse Powertrain’s booths at the Beijing Auto Show. Together, these efforts helped turn the events into key milestones in Horse Powertrain’s journey towards net zero and a new era of mobility.
